Jes has over 20 years in the real estate business. She started at a real estate office in what was supposed to be a temporary administrative position; however, she realized how much she loved the business and the position quickly became permanent. The office grew from 40 agents to about 70 while she was there and she gained a wealth of knowledge in this role. When the time came to move into a management position, Jes became the front desk manager for another firm. This is where she met Erik and the two became not only co-workers but friends.
In 2009, Jes returned to school to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She primarily stepped away from the real estate business, but maintained relationships with agents and helped them out on an as needed basis. As graduation approached, she reached out to Erik in hopes he had a temporary, part-time position to sustain her as she finished her degree. Ten years later, she and Erik still work together (the position is full-time plus!) and have become even better friends . They took a leap of faith in 2017 and started a small real estate company, myPro Realty. In addition to running the admin side of Erik’s business, Jes has her real estate license and enjoys helping clients navigate the market. She also helps train agents who are new to the business
When she’s not keeping busy with real estate, Jes loves to spend time at her family’s cabin up north where she enjoys the peace & solitude of the great Northwoods. An avid sports fan, she can also be found rooting on the Packers, Brewers or Bucks. She is a proud supporter of Children’s Wisconsin and has participated in the Brigg’s & Al’s Run/Walk for 14 years. Jes resides in Pewaukee with her husband Brian (who takes excellent care of her!) and their two cats, Zippy & Picasso.
