Those five questions aren't hypothetical. I wrote them because they're the same ones agents ask me - usually after they've already been sitting on something for a while.
If one of them hit a little too close to home, that's probably worth paying attention to.
I know reaching out feels like a big step when you're still at another brokerage. It doesn't have to be. A text isn't a commitment - it's just a conversation. I've had plenty of them that went nowhere, and that was fine too.
