We’ve come a long way and experienced difficult times, and now we know that it’s so necessary to stick with disciplines that will help us keep taking the next step forward. What area do you need to focus on? Maybe it’s getting more sleep or being consistent in a morning routine. Whatever the case may be, I encourage you to focus on your disciplines!
